Mission Statement
That every adult with autism will be visible in their community as a full citizen with full access, and that every adult with autism is no longer limited to day-programs or classroom education that foster “busy work”. Instead these individuals are rooted in their neighborhoods with a real chance to learn and to develop life skills by exploring the world around them.
We aim to promote the inclusion of individuals with autism in all aspects of life. Creating a better world for them; ultimately creates a better world for all.

Our History
The Our Circle Organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit that creates community inclusion opportunities to give adults on the autism spectrum the tools they need to learn real-life skills. The Organization was founded as an immediate response to the lack of availability of comprehensive programs.
The Our Circle Organization created a four-part empowerment program that aims to change the way people with autism are taught by fully immersing them in their communities in ways that matter.
Shea With Me! is an L3c luxury skincare line that provides employment opportunities for aging adults with Autism and other disabilities through entrepreneurship.
